Hi, I’m Henry.
Growing up to Vietnamese and French parents and raised across three continents, I spent much of my life as a third-culture kid, quietly figuring out where I truly belonged.
For years, I thought the answer was to choose: one culture, one career, one acceptable version of myself.
The day I stopped choosing and found my global tribe of cross-cultural leaders, builders, and creators, I finally felt at home.
I realized the thing I'd spent years trying to explain away was actually a superpower:
The ability to navigate cultures, honor different perspectives, and bring people together to build common ground.
To read a room. Adapt while honoring our authentic voice. Connect across cultures. Help people who see the world differently feel they belong at the same table.

MY JOURNEY
My work spans education, technology, leadership, storytelling, and community.
Over the years, I've worked with leaders and teams at Google, PayPal, First Round, Techstars, Everest Education, Thinkful, and GrowthSpace. I've coached a Miss Earth titleholder in public speaking and mentored the youngest-ever Shark Tank Vietnam finalist, funded at 18.
As a speaker and host, I've brought people together for organizations including SAP, FPT, Dutch and US Consulates, and the Australian government.
Before this chapter, my professional journey took me through technology, hospitality, education, media and startups: foundational experiences that taught me how people learn, lead, communicate, and build community across diverse cultures, industries, and perspectives.
I've lived, studied, and worked across Asia, Europe, and the United States. I speak English, French, Vietnamese, Spanish, Chinese, and Korean.
Every life and career chapter has shaped the work I do today.
ON STAGE AND AROUND TABLES
I bring this work to life as a speaker, host, edutainer, storyteller, and coach: through keynotes, workshops, coaching, leadership dinners, storytelling salons, and gatherings around the world.
Sometimes that means standing on a stage in front of hundreds of people. Sometimes it means sitting around one intimate dinner table with ten.
Both begin with the same question:
How do we create the conditions for people to find their voice, connect with one another, and build common ground across difference?

For much of my life, I was looking for a place where all the different parts of who I am could belong.
Eventually, I realized I could help build one.
I'm the founder of 10 Nexus Global : part school, part global living room: a cultural home for leaders, builders, and creators growing together, at work and in life.
We gather across cultures, cities, disciplines, and generations to learn from one another, share our stories, expand our perspectives, and co-elevate.
A place to grow our voice, refine our narrative.

And feel at home out in the world, maximize our reach and impact.
